Flo, from Indiana in the US, made these dresses for her 6 month old Yorkshire Terrier, Zoey. She used scraps of fabric that she purchased inexpensively at a craft store and, since the dresses are so small, she decided to just sew them by hand. The first dress shown below she made for Zoey's first Christmas and she mentioned that Zoey wore it all day. Flo recycled one of her own blouses to make the top portion of the black and silver dress. The last 2 photos show a reversible dress, one side casual, the other side dressy.
Flo also mentioned that she tried both methods of making the dress, using the dress pattern here or using the vest pattern and altering it by adding a skirt. She stated that she found the second method to be easier. The dresses shown below were all made by altering the vest pattern.
Christina made this coat for her 5 year old Pomapoo(Pomeranian/Poodle) named Tiara. She used buttons instead of velcro. She also mentioned that her Grandma is training her to be a seamstress. Keep up the great work, Christina.
