Penny, from Illinois, US, made this winter coat for her canine nephew, Jake. Jake is a 10 month old Miniature Pinscher. She stated that he needed a warm coat so she made it out of fleece material and lined it with batting. She also mentioned that Jake loves his new coat.
Melinda sent in this picture of her 3 1/2 month old chihuahua puppy, Tico. He's all dress up for the 4th of July. She used the 10" pattern and says that it fit perfectly.
The following photos were submitted by Susan. She stated that she will be traveling to an area that gets a lot of rain this time of year so she made the coats for her dogs out of flannel and vinyl. She also mentioned that she made a button hole on the top of each coat so that when the dogs are wearing their harnesses she can pull the harness ring through the hole and attach their leashes.
