This is Mia. Mia is a Yorkshire Terrier puppy that weighs less than one pound.
By simply adding pleated ruffles to the back of the vest and adding some applique pieces, Megan, Mia's owner, was able to use the pattern to make this really great cheerleader outfit.
Megan attends nursing school and says that it's very tough. Now she has her little cheerleader to keep her going!
Linda, from Maryland USA, altered the vest style coat pattern to make a dress for her Yorkshire Terrier, Gracie. She trimmed the bottom of the vest(below the chest strap) so that it went more straight across, instead of curving down, then she added a skirt piece. You can find a skirt piece pattern here, although Linda made her own, a little longer than my design. She finished the dress with a pink bow.

Melissa Klassen, from Saskatchewan Canada, made this racing jacket for Peanut, a Chihuahua-Pomeranian-Shitzu-Bichon mix. She said that the pattern was easy to follow and only took about 45 minutes to make. She later applied the logo, flames, and 46s to it with a purple permanent marker.
